Mark has 30 years of cost experience and a diverse background having worked for general and sub contractors, government, and as a cost consultant. He is a graduate of the NSIT and holds membership with CIQS and RICS. Mark served as President of CIQS Maritimes from 2009-2010 and served as National Chair to CIQS from 2013-2014. He is a Fellow of CIQS, is the recipient of the Gord Pattison Award of Merit, and was a member of the Standards Committee with ICMS from 2015-2018.
