Mark has over 30 years of quantity surveying experience with a diverse background in construction having worked for general contractors, sub contractors, government, and as a cost consultant. Mark has over 30 years of quantity surveying experience with a diverse background in construction having worked for general contractors, sub contractors, government, and as a cost consultant. He is a graduate of the Nova Scotia Institute of Technology and holds membership with the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (CIQS) and the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Mark served as President of CIQS Maritimes from 2009-1010 and served as National Chair to CIQS from 2013-2014. Mark is a Fellow of CIQS and is the recipient of the Gord Pattison Award of Merit. Mark represented Canada as a member of the Standards Setting Committee with the International Cost Measurement Standards (ICMS).
